james jean~
been a long time since ive been to this page...how are you ladyMayflower?
so...i have been in terengganu for a week now. and life here is worst than before.
work has to be rushed so we work till 7++ everyday.
after that we head home and wait patiently while 11 of us fight each other for the bathroom.
by the time the bunch of us are ready its almost 9 and time for dinner.
after dinner, we would head off to our respective laptops or computers because we dont have the strength for anything else.
thank god for people who are smart enough to get broadband or we all would be bored to death with nothing to do. (sadness the wifi we used to hack into doesnt exist anymore)
and so life has been like that for me the past 7 days.
life in terengganu during puasa time its like living in a dead ghost town. you see no cars on the road. and no stores are open. (lucky we found a dobi somewhere not really close but as long as it stays open, we can survive) HAHA
yeah. dead town. lucky thing we have a chinese store nearby the istana. so we go there everyday for breakfast and lunch. the good thing is, since we are regulars there, they would reserve food for us and would give us the occasional 50 cent discount. the bad thing is, we have to eat the same few dishes everyday. and its a economy rice store. so yes, i have to eat rice.
lunch menu is still fine. but as for breakfast. gosh! they have a wide range of food to choose from. but everything other than wantan mee, pau and chee chong fun is inedible. prawn mee sucks. i cant even describe it. and eating the curry mee is like eating chili-ish soup with not curry taste.
i guess i can survive. i mean, i am still alive after one week. hahaha. i miss my mee bakso. puasa here also means no pasar. you kl people are lucky! damn you people!
