he slides in

i want you to picture this in your mind as if you were watching a movie or reading a book

it all started because we were watching an episode of HIMYM, the one about the burger. after that, we were both craving so much for that freaking BURGER. so we decided to go out to TGI for lunch.

ordered the burger.

*30 mins and 3 pepsi refill later*

waiter: can i clear your plates? (took away both our plates)
(take note that i was still eating my burger)

after walking a few steps away, he then realized that i had not finish eating. he then apologises.

*few minutes later*

waiter comes back for my plate. (i still wasn't done but wth)


now begins the weirdest dining experience of my life (so far)

*jangjangjang*
MANAGER appears

manager: (saw the pepsi cup left) is that all you are having?!

me: no, they took away our plates d.

manager: (might have hearing problems) THEY TOOK AWAY YOUR FOOD?!?!?! (he looked as if he was ready to fire someone)

me: no no.....


*few minutes later after clearing things with the manager*

(MJ had another pepsi refill and i called for the bill)

you know how you wave your hand in a signature kind of way when calling for the bill, so i did that. the manager saw me and then he started waving back at me. then he came to our table

manager: (did the hand signing thingi) you want a pen?

me: no, the bill

manager: oh. okay (walked away)

me: why would i want a pen, to conteng your walls ar?!

manager: (came back with the bill, slides in beside me at our booth, opened up the bill and showed it to us like he was doing some magic trick.)

the manager started studying our bill

manager: WOW, you guys finished the burger?!

me: ya. why? is it that big?

manager: YA ITS HUUUUGGEEE!@#@!

me: (i took out the money) OMG it was like paying for a stripper how i had to slip the money in

me: quickly finish your pepsi!!

MJ was too busy drinking her pepsi to be apart of the whole conversation.

MJ and i quickly rushed out of the restaurant in order to avoid anymore of this manager thing. on the way out he said "BYE GIRLS!"

MJ thinks its because we were the only 'younger ones' there. i thought he was going through midlife crisis and is trying to be young again.


if only you were there. gosh, i am going to have nightmares about this. why do all this weird things happen to me while i am on break. i need to tell someone about this!
